Don’t overestimate granite.

Granite is a great substance because it can take a lot. But as with most things, tender love and care are important for keeping your granite in tip-top shape to ensure long-term quality. Avoid these common pitfalls of interacting with granite: Don’t use harsh or abrasive cleaners or sponges, Windex, acidic cleaners (such as vinegar, lemon, lime, or anything with ammonia or bleach).
