"The nicest apartment experience I have ever had — By far the nicest apartment experience I have ever had I love this place. Having lived here 3 years, I haven't had a single negative experience. Friendly staff, very fast maintenance, new construction, smoke free it has been an absolute pleasure living here. I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves it. Great job"

"Just What I Wanted and Needed — I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I did a lot of research before moving in and I spoke with Monica directly about the concerns brought forth from the negative reviews. She addressed all of them. I would like to say, I am pleasantly surprised with the community staff and the apartment as well. For those concerned about scorpions - scorpions are native to AZ and there are certain areas they thrive in more than others - the Dobson Ranch Area as an example. All you have to do is call the apartments and they will send an exterminator. The region where Liv is located, happens to be one of those pockets, all of the neighboring apartment communities have had the same concern, but if you look at the reviews for Generations, which is right next to Liv, they don't have the problem. Do your own research before listening to bad reviews, not all experiences are the same. So far I am happy."

"I think it's a spectacular place to live in — I really enjoy my time living in this community, it offers beautiful interiors and exterior features. I particularly love the fenced dog park, pathways to walk around, the hub, the 24 hour fitness center, and the pool. I have enjoyed my time with family and friends, that includes my pup Sasha. I would recommend this community to anyone as it's close to all shopping centers, freeways, and pretty much everything"

"Liv - The Best Place to Live — I moved into Liv Ahwatukee in 2016 and never had a faintest thought of moving out. Just kept renewing my lease for three years. These are few exceptional things I observed during my stay at Liv: Resort level maintenance - Never had to wait more than a few hours if any maintenance request placed, some times it was addressed within an hour. The staff are on time and on point in fixing the stuff. Spotless Cleanliness: The apartment area is always clean and so well lit that most of the cooler days you wish to spend outside rather than in the apartment. Community Staff: These are best bunch of people I came across so far in my apartment living experience. They are warm and courteous, always go that extra mile to make sure that all your issues are addressed. It has been wonderful living in this community. "

"Feels LIke A Resort - Permanent Vacation — Both the leasing office and maintenance staff are kind, quick, and great at their jobs. It's a big community, but I am impressed at how quickly things get cleaned fixed the few times something hasn't been correct. Sound has been a minimal, if non-existent issue for me. The amenities are top-notch and the various outside spaces are beautiful. There's also a wide range of events and classes to attend and the people I live near are friendly and good neighbors. The location is also great, with almost all of what you will need within a mile of home. What a cool place to live."
